Noosh is born out of existential exploration. Noosh (farsi نوش ) is ‘to nourish, savor, enjoyment, lovely, little bits’ of life. Serving a deep sense of interconnectivity, alignment, and purpose, I practice what I call Organizational Alchemy—transforming complexity into clarity, and helping humans thrive in work, life, and relationships.

I’m Natasha Hennessy, MS & MA LCMHC-C (Master of Science in Social and Organizational Learning and Development & Master of Arts, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Candidate). Testimonials

“Your guidance has been so helpful to me in finding CLARITY about what I want to offer and why and the ORGANIZATION and DETERMINATION to manifest ideas into action. Your TRUST in me has encouraged me to trust in myself and also in what the universe places in my path. I could never have imagined when I first walked into your studio as a newbie yoga student 10 years ago, the path that I would be on now and how it would change and form my life. Your mentorship and guidance have meant so much to me. I think these qualities have been valuable to me and to everyone who has trained with and worked with you.”

“Natasha is a clear communicator and educator. Not only did she give me the most concise astrology reading, she gave me guidance and homework that works for me! Her readings are life-changing. Worth the investment of time and money. I connect with her once or twice a year, and more if I need a little extra support.”
